My brother adopted an iguana about a year and a half ago, and he's passed it on to me since he's going to college. I love the little guy, but I can only talk to him, not hold him or pet him. In the year and a half that my brother had him, he was only taken out of his cage about five times except for cleaning the cage out. I can't touch him because every time I do, he windmills his legs and shreds my arms (about 1/2 inch claws).

He's probably about five years old, and is about four feet long from nose to the tip of his tail. He's very placid; the few occasions where I have gotten him out he's never tried to bite or whip his tail, he just windmills his legs. We've tried clipping his claws, but apparently he has a secret weapon in the form of a poop shooter (yuck!).

Should I take him to the vet for a claw trimming or just continue to talk to him through his cage?

Just drove to the garage for petrol and each time I put the indicator on (either way) my full beam came on as well, and it wouldn't go off until the indicator did.
Any ideas what the problem could be please?
My car is a Fiesta if that helps at all.

My name is Chanel and I'm 15. I had sex with this guy named Ben who is 26, and now I'm pregnant (3 months, the doctor said).. He told me that he will take me home from work but he took me to his house. He started telling me things and I believed him... I told him I should not be here but he just pushed me on his bed and started doing things to me that I shouldn't be doing till I'm married.. But I didn't know what to do, I just layed there letting him do that to me.. My dad is going crazy right now.. telling ben that he is going to kill him.. I'm scared and I don't know what to do..... Ben also told me he was going to hit me in the stomach.. Can he do that??

A lot of people said its rape but I don't know.... I don't wait him to go to jail, because he is very nice to me and is my friend...

I am considering Satellite Radio services and leaning toward XM over Sirius, but am interested in hearing from people in the Greater Syracuse, NY area about the signal. Is the signal strong? Which signal is better? Which receivers are the best/strongest? I would love to get a portable unit, but hear they are not really ready for prime time, is that true? Have a language student staying through a language school. We get paid for it and provide half board. He is from Korea, 26 and is pleasant enough. However, in 3 months in Brighton he has hardly been out apart from going to lessons in the mornings. He sits in his room and does not go out to do anything. I have asked him why he does not go out but he just shrugs and said he would go sightseeing in summer! Is this normal behaviour? Why doesn't he go out and enjoy being here? Should I not bother? I find it annoying as feel it is a waste of money him being here and not taking any interest in the culture or what the country has to offer. Should I say something or just leave him be?

My other chose is to buy a property back home in South Africa. With 50 000 pounds in SA, I could buy a 3 bedroom apartment in cash...

Last summer there was a big fat long garden snake in the yard and my friend saw it after he tore up the yard looking for it but it had went in back of wood pile under shed. My friend assured me it was a garden snake which I've never seen one that big but I am worried if it comes back this summer even since there are woods in back of the house but the house is fenced in. I have two other small dogs but the chihuahua will be very small. Will this garden snake attack it if I don't find it in time? The yard is very big and pretty much clear it has a couple of palm trees surrounded by bushes w/ a pool. I live in Fl. I'm just worried I don't want anything to happen to my chihuahua.
