please help!!

I am ,after ten years, feeling extremely overwhelmed upon facing the reorganization of my home so that everything is easy to access for me and my children. I know we need to get rid of a LOT of stuff we've acquired over the years, but no one wants to help go through stuff to determine what to keep or not. Should I just start pitching and forget it? We have piles of garbage bags of toys and clothes in our basement, and our upstairs is beginning to look like a messy preschool room!

My son has a lamp on all day and night, but my husband insists that he turns on the ceiling light also. He says depressed people are bound to like darkness, but I think a lamp is enough in the daytime. He sleeps with his lamp on. My husband is afraid of the dark and sleeps with a light on.

THe only 2 programs I had opened up were Yahoo Messenger and Control Panel, and suddenly my computer starts playing sounds, like a movie. I hear a guy, he's calling his mom "Hey mom, nice to talk to a familiar voice, yeah, I'm kind of going through hell right now" (and you hear lightening in the background) then mom says some things and then it turns creepy like "i'm going to eat your soul, your soul, your soul" and then there's this old guy that says "I went through the same thing you did, to get out it's imperitive that you---" and the door was closed on him, and the guy is like "okay hallucinations, all I want is a drink" and then someone comes in that sounds sort of like Bruce Cambell and says "I'm here to help"
then it stops (that's it, in a nutshell)

What the hell was that?

My Windows XP computer randomly produces a series of rapid beeps followed by a single beep, repeatedly. The number of beeps in the series varies from 3-11, and this series repeats 8-12 times. It happens once every 1-3 weeks, on a random schedule. It seems like a software or hardware alarm, but I cannot figure out what's causing it.

My family and I were wondering how good it is because we have found some that say its a cruise for hell and some that say its the best thing ever. We are going on the Pride of America so if you have any experiences with that ship in particular I would really appreciate it. WE would like you to give it ratings like

Ok Im just curious cuz a friend of mine has been talking to this girl online & supposively about 2 weeks ago she bought her plane ticket from Canada to Maine. I know she arrives on Jan22. I dont know if she is just saying that. She got around trip ticket because it was cheaper than one way thats what she said to him. She is alway on web cam so i dont see why she cant show him ticket. He's asked but she dont show it. Also she said she paid like 624- for ticket. Does this sound about right or do you think she's lying?

I love good sci-fi movies but as a consiquence I hate most Sci-fi...so much sci-fi out there is truly crap and it hurts my head to watch it....examples of good stuff...the original Alien, Gataca, Blade runner, Vanilla Sky, Virtuosity, 2001, Terminator and even old stuff like Forbiden planet, or the day the earth stood still.... some example of bad stuff all present day star trek, MIB, ghost busters, and far too many examples to list...Does anyone else feel this way and if you have the same taste can you recommend anything different that may be hiding out at the block buster..I just stumbled across Gataca and it was great a movie... that makes you think...like Blade runner...some of the effects were hokey but the story was awesome...Suggetions welcome...

I got my periods on NOV 6 to NOV 12. I had sex wit my BF in the NOV last week. I didnt get periods in DEC 1st week. I thought its bcos of stress. I was in dubai in dec. Did a home test which was +ve. Then I came back to India. Did a diff home test which was -ve. Its almost 10 weeks now. There is no vomitting, nausea, tiredness, loss of appatite etc. I dont want a KID. What do I do?
