Who is going to be the new conductor of the Utah Symphony?

Sadly, Keith Lockheart announced that the 2008-09 season will be his last. So, will Kogan step in for him (god forbid) or will someone else come to take his place? Gary Bertini? Esa-Pekka Salonen? Someone reassure me please.

sorry looked it up but cant find that information for certain. fingers crossed there will be a great replacement for him :-)
