Hey Dude,
Interesting question. What is the question?
Free? What are you looking for free? Advice? My advice, don't take advice for free...you get what you pay for in return.
If you pay nothing, expect nothing.

"Free" and "solicitors" are two words that just don't go together. "Free" advice for the first hour is just a lure to tempt you in. Even that's still paid for by someone. When you go to see a solicitor, they work out how much they can rip you off by before they even start looking into your claim.

The offence is summary and for this reason the case can in effortless words be heard in a magistrates court docket. You had your criminal suggestion and also you're searching for added? in case you probably did get a listening to in Crown court docket, the decide does not seem kindly on you as assaulting a police officer is an attack on justice. you should were as a lot as something earlier they arrested you...the actual reality they had to apply CS spray on you exhibits face up to offences too. per chance you should settle for the suggestion you've already received. Why could the tax payers money be wasted taking you to a crown court docket so that you'll bleat (oops sorry) plead your case at £8,000 in holding with day in holding with listening to!
