My name is Chanel and I'm 15. I had sex with this guy named Ben who is 26, and now I'm pregnant (3 months, the doctor said).. He told me that he will take me home from work but he took me to his house. He started telling me things and I believed him... I told him I should not be here but he just pushed me on his bed and started doing things to me that I shouldn't be doing till I'm married.. But I didn't know what to do, I just layed there letting him do that to me.. My dad is going crazy right now.. telling ben that he is going to kill him.. I'm scared and I don't know what to do..... Ben also told me he was going to hit me in the stomach.. Can he do that??
A lot of people said its rape but I don't know.... I don't wait him to go to jail, because he is very nice to me and is my friend...
Ben and my father were friends, but now they are not.... Is this all my fault?? I'm a bad person...

Would a friend lie to you and take you to his house instead? Would a friend ignore your pleas to stop doing something you weren't comfortable with? Would a friend disrespect your body and beliefs that you were trying to save till marriage? Would a friend threaten to physically harm you and your baby? I don't think Ben is a friend. Ben is a sexual predator. If you think about all the stuff he did up to the point he got you pregnant, he planned all this. He fed you the information you wanted to hear to decide to let him do what he was doing. There's a place for these types of people, jail.. It would have been different and I believe your dad wouldn't be so pissed if it was that you two were in love and he was going get married or something (some states you can do that). But you don't want to think about that with this guy. He wants to force a miscarriage on you by hitting you in the stomach. I'd go ahead and get him for rape, I believe the fact the baby is his would prove as much. He would get Statutory Rape which is having sex with a minor. None of this is your fault. Your dad is just being protective of his little girl. He has a right to be mad, but not kill... As far as putting the baby up for adoption, you have 6 more months to decide if that's what you want to do. Statutory rape is when a person has sex with a minor, it doesn't matter if there was violence involved or not. This is just wrong, since the mind of a 15 year old and an adult are million of years apart. You shouldn't feel bad for him or for yourself, since he knew exactly what was going on and still did it.
Nothing of what happened is your fault, it's the adult's fault cuz he took advantage of you, and no, don't ever think you are a bad person.
You ashould let your dad take care of things, and please, tell your parents you need some counseling as this might or might not have repercussions in your future.
You can surely put the baby for adoption, but again, talk to your parents about your fears and worries, ok sweetie?

Well, yes you are very much so a minor! If you felt uncomfortable doing those things and you told him "no" then yes that is statutory rape. However, you can not rape the willing...lol..but unfortunately you are still not a legal adult so even if you are willing it is still statutory rape..It is understandable you dad is VERY angry, you will understand when you are older...but in short he is an adult a much older adult and you are only a 15 year old little girl...he defiled his little girl..yes I think that is grounds to be infuriated. Most would see this as child molestation, and further more I am sorry for your whole situation I know this must be very difficult for you, but your best option is adoption, you should defiantly put the baby up for adoption..you need to live your life the way normal kids do..just learn your lesson and move on..because right now your education matters and at this age you wouldn't be able to devote yourself to a child. you are a child yourself

the guy ben should've made sure it was protected before you guys did it.

you don't have to listen to me, you can put the baby in adoption if you want.
but if you want to help yourself, you would keep the baby. because the thing is, if you do put the baby in adoption, you will live your whole life, crying yourself to sleep knowing you put your poor baby in adoption.
and it sounds like ben isn't your friend anymore.
do not see him anymore, because if he says he will hit you in the stomach, then he REALLY doesn't have feelings for you anymore.
and it can be great danger for you and your baby.
But ..maybe the doctor was lying.
did you tell your parents about the doctor?
and yes it is rape, and sexual harrassment is WRONG. you HAVE to call the police, no matter what.
there should be a crisis hotline on the internet if you don't want to call the police.
the doctor possibly could have lied and said you were pregnant, but didn't mean it and just planned to tell you that to pick you up from work and rape you.

First you need to contact a free agency in your area that has counselling. You need advice & someone to talk with. There are many couples that would love to raise the child you are carrying.
Ben is a man & your are a child (sorry). What he did is illegal & immoral. He is a pedophile. (A man attracted to children) Ben needs to go to jail. And Ben was/is NOT nice to you so stop thinking he is your friend. He STOLE something very precious from you. Don't you think thieves should be punished?
Your dad has every right to be hurt & angry by what this man did to his child. Ben should be grateful that Dad hasn't hurt him.
This is not your fault. And this doesn't make you bad.
Please call a counselling service in your city. They are there to help.

well, statutory is the least of his worries, all that means is someone over 18 had sex with someone under 18.
from the sounds of it, he actually raped you. and if hes threatening to hit you in the stomach, he can be arrested for threatening a minor. theres lots of stuff hes doing wrong, not only physically and mentally, but legally also.
WHATEVER YOU THINK, NONE OF THIS IS YOUR FAULT, AND YOU'RE NOT A BAD PERSON. someone took advantage of you, and that was ben, hes the jerk in the situaiton.

Any person who has sex with someone underage an be charged with statutory rape. If you say no during any sexual act and the other party doesn't stop, that also is considered rape. If I was your father, Ben's @ss would be sitting in jail as someones *****.

1st of all u r stupid for even having sex. 2nd guy threaten'd to hit u he'll do it. 3rd he's going tp jail u r still a kid. n 4th y hasnt ur dad kill'd him yet.
he clearly raped u and if u have any sense at all u would press charges u can always find new friends n take care of the kid when u give birth. dont know about adoption.
