I'm not sure what you mean by onklee?

Are you talking about Irwin Natural's multi-vitamins? If so, I would say it is a good product. Many people like it because the nutrition is figured out for them. For instance, there's a formula for women and one for men. And it is convenient to buy and take only one kind of pill.

The drawback is that it's pricey - about $30 a month. And you have to take at least 3 pills a day to get any benefit.

Probably the biggest plus is that it's all natural, liquid and so highly assimilatable. Not so the stuff you buy from Centrum or One-a-Day, which is so much chemical that the body can't even recognize it as a food. But there are other brands not quite so expensive, like NOW Foods.

Here's a link to read about Irwin's: http://www.irwinnaturals.com/DEPlanIndex.htm

hyPERVITAMINOSIS
TOO MUCH VITAMINS YOU ARE JUST TAKING THEM FOR A ROLLER INTESTINE RIDE.
THE BEST ROUTE FOR WATER SOLUBLE OR OIL BASED VITAMINS IS FROM THE FOODS YOU EAT, OR INTRAMUSCULAR FOR THE OIL BASED. YOU CANNOT ABSORB A LOT OF THEM AT ONCE.
