I select "start" "turn off computer" "restart" but just get a blank screen. The Windows logo won't even show up. I have formatted the drive and reinstalled windows but it is still doing the same. Everything else is working ok including hardware reboot. Any ideas? Thanks.

Now I'm an athiest, and I dont think all christians are 'awful'. Inflexible, intolerant, judgemental fundamentalists but to one side, christians a pretty cool.

I find that whenever I'm happy, I'm incredibly happy. Whenever something bothers me, it really upsets me. But the good thing about these intense emotions is that I turn them into something artistic. Many of the best writers and artists of our time where very sensitive. For them, any kind of creativity was like a catharsis for them.

I am (exclusively) breastfeeding my 19 week old daughter and loving it. Only problem I have is that she Only wants to nurse laying down with me. I am larger chested and in the begining when she was small and I was very tired found it a lot easier to lay down to nurse her. Now she almost refuses to nurse any other way. I am a stay at home mom and most the time its not a problem I love to snuggle with her but would like her to be more flexible so I can take her out more often because right now I can only go out right after feeding her and have to come home again when she need to eat. If we're at a relative or friend's house have to ask if I can lay on their bed to feed her. She's Stubborn! :-)

Anyone else have this problem? How did you overcome it?

Up until five months ago we used Yahoo Messenger - worked fine on most calls. Since then he is made to use Windows Live Messenger - most calls have slowed picture and voice that simply bleeps or echoes many times. He used to have a stand alone computer, but I think this is now linked with one or more laptops. i have 2 meg bandwidth and another computer i use has 1 meg - both seem to have the same poor voice.

I was just wondering... Do you think it is possible that one day in a few thousands of years.. A person might discover compounds from another planet and bring them back to earth. And after they find them, they discover a new element and with the element they find, they make a new metal that can tolerate the power of speed of light. And with this metal, they could make the first plane, that goes so fast that it warps and you do not even see it anymore because it is traveling so fast..(example: You watch a fan go around or a tire spin and it goes so fast that virtually it looks like a solid abject or disappears).
