I don't remember getting a CD like that when i bought it, and i want to restart everything on my computer. Any ideas?

Its a Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop.

The recovery CDs are on the hard drives now. You have to load them from a Recovery Console which requires you press F11 most times.

Most computers come with recovery CD's either seperate from the computer or within a program stored on the computer. If you have neither, contact DELL direct.

i remeber when i fell into this problem i think the solution was to press f13 or f12 when u get the blue loading dell screen

try help button and or go to list of programs installed, you will find their HELP WEBSITE THERE
