Is an XBOX worth buying or should I just get a PS2? What are some of the best games on the XBOX? Is Fable or Halo any good?

Depends on which has the games you like more. Personally I use my ps2 more, but I have an x-box for a few specific games. Look up what games you're hoping to play and see which one plays the most, then buy that system. You can look up the games on:

The Xbox has alot of good games like Halo, Fable, Halo 2 and alot of M games. A PS2 can play movies though. I would get the Xbox.

XBOX has some kick *** games. PS2 is ookay, but I think most people enjoy XBOX more. If you really want a system, check eBay for some XBOX 360s, more awesome.
Halo, Halo 2, Fable, stuff like that rock! Check out Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2. They are also good.

I totally recommend an XBOX because there are so many good games for it like one you mentioned Halo is really fun and can be even more fun if you have XBOX Live. now the down side to buying an XBOX is that you'll proly want to buy other really fun games that are only out on PS2 like Guitar Hero. Whatever you decide i hope you have fun

Xbox by FAR. I have a 360 and all I play is Halo 2 on Xbox live. It's so much fun. Once you get really good it's such a laugh when you dominate your opponents. You can meet some really cool people from differnt countries online and play with them. It's just a lot of fun.
