Stand up right now. Keep your eyes on the screen.
-Now march in place 20 times. Do it.
-Now reach for the sky, and back down. Do this 20 times.
-Hold the back of your chair and lift your left leg backwards 20 times. Don't forget to breathe!
-Do the same with your right leg.
-now lift your left leg out to the side 20 times.
-now your right leg.
now, hands on hips, do 10 squats.
-now do 10 squats but reach for the sky with your hands as you do them.
-march in place 20 times
-now legs apart, do 10 ballet squats (pliaes)
-march in place 20 times
-hands straight out like an airplane and twist from side to side 20 times
-march in place slowly 20 times
breathe deep.....you are done!!! Good job!

find a link to a fitness site. then turn you computer off. if it's a motivation thing, try this: work out 4 days a wk for the next two wks, you'll stick to it after that. you'll get to the point that if you skip a workout day you'll feel like sh#t.

just push the "off" button on you computer, or tell someone else to do it for you - it usually helps! ;)
(I'm serious, it's usually too annoying to wait for the computer to start again, so it will really work)
