can any one recommend any good protein powders for beginners body builder.

I am concentrating on gaining musce quickly, I have been body building for two months and I am very pleased with my current progress.

I like this guy and he is kind of shy. He is very sarcastic. I am too nervous to just go up and tell him so don't tell me to just do it. I can't pass him a note because I sit right next to him and if he doesn't I don't want him to be right there you know? I have asked some friends to tell him but he ignores them because they bring it up in public. He gets defensive when this guy teases us about "being in love" does this mean that he does like me? Also, the guy I like has never been good friends with that guy that teases us but now they have all these hushed conversations which involve a lot of pointing and staring at me.

coz i think i love her and i would never hurt her ...... :) but shes just too scared and i think she wants to find the right person to be all open with or smthin like that but........

I can not stand my hubby's parents as they totaly ignor me and made me lie about my age, nationality and how we met to all of their relatives. Now e wonts them to stay in our house for a mnt...he knows about all our problems in the past...what shall I do? pls help..this problem make us fight most of the time :(

I am in tenth grade and have known this girl since the beginning of the school year. We have been hanging out after school and going on dates on the assumption that she was going to break up with her boyfriend. Recently we hung out last saturday for the entire day and then made out. We both agreed that we would not do anything until she breaks up with him but we were caught up in the moment. I told her that she needs to tell her boyfriend because he has the right to know that she kissed another man. The next day she told me that she did and that he didn't care. That didn't sound like him and shure enough he didn't know. I told him and now she is mad at me for telling him and he won't believe me. Now we are not only no longer not hanging out but we are not even talking. I love this girl and she tells me that she loves me. I don't know what to do now. Should I have taken it as far as to not talk to her until she breaks up with her boyfriend? Does this girl really love me?

Could someone explain to me what is the point of Outlook express. There's another similar program (the name escapes me).
I've spent 12 years messing with computers and i still can't see the point of either of them. I've spent a lot of time over the years, reading manuals and help pages but i just can't see that they do anything but use up disc space. Enlighten me, do.

I am very fair and have fine blond hair above my upper lip that is sometimes noticeable in certain lighting. It is starting to bother me. I have used a Sally Hansen hair removal cream before and one time I left it on for too short a time and it left me with stubble, and one time I left it on too long and it irritated my skin. How do you recommend removing hair above the upper lip?
