Hi there,
We used Phil Dougan from Sunderland - he was really good and had the added bonus of using digital (not all of the North East guys and gals have upgraded to it yet).
Before you go ahead and sign up to Phil or anyone else who has been recommended, you may want to check out what to look for in a phototgrpaher to make sure you are getting everything you want - there's so much to think about and easy to get carried away with someone's sales patter.

All the moments from your special day deserve the best. Go to the website below. It has only award winning photogrpahers. It lists them by price, state, and so much more. All of them will travel so you could get someone from out of state too. I had one of these photographers for my wedding and I wasn't dissappointed. I'm an aspiring photographer but I live near Atlanta. My advice to you would be to post your message on craigslist in your area. Many times, new photographers (like me) are looking to build a portfolio and will offer reasonable (or even free) photographs for the experience.
