well there was this episode that grampa worked at krusty burger.
"Lisa vs. Malibu Stacy"
1. he didnt wash his hands he said something like "that's your policy, not mine"
2. he messed up a drivethru order and his teeth fell into the sandwhich ... the sandwhich took a bite out of the guy.
and everyone knows krusty burger is a health hazard, krusty bribes mayor quimby so they can stay open.

I saw part of an episode online today about Bart being so fat that he had a heart attack, poor guy. But I am not sure if that was from fast food or not.
Also there was the one about how they went to the Krusty Burger and there were the protesters, with Lisa falling in like with the main leader dude.

i thinks so cause the simsons were driving to krusty burgers and there were protesters and the leader lisa likes and he gets aressted for a while
