Really, what does being homosexual have to do with donning feather boas and leather thongs, and being tethered to leashes,etc.. If you love/are attracted to the same sex then simply be that. How do you expect people to see the real you through the costumes and the garish bravado?
I have several gay friends who simply live their lives, go to work, love their partners, have one night stands, and sometimes get their hearts broken...how are THEY being represented fairly? How do I take you seriously if YOU don't?
And please don't tell me you don't need my acceptance or understanding....because as good as that sounds... you wouldn't be fighting so hard to prove you exist if you didn't.
