i recentley split up with my violent partner and finding it hard. I still love him last night i spoke to him and he said he would change if we were together i dont know what to do please help!!
since splitting up with him i have been drinking realy heavy i can go through a lrt of vodka a night what do i do? xxx

i love graphics, i use photoshop alot but mainly 3d animation maya. so i need something not too pricy but offers fast high power rendering. i recently bought nvidia 7600gs 256mb but i took it back as was faulty, a friend tells me that was probably the best one to go for. but are ati radeons better and anyone know where i can get a decent 512mb either nvidia or radeon for £100 ish???

I like my body, but I've gained some weight in the past period of time.

I want to lose 4 kilos (about 8.8 lbs). But what I'm mostly concerned about is getting rid of my tummy. Because if I imagine my exact body (without losing weight) and tuck in my tummy, i look perfect.

I've tried crunches, but because I'm not good at them and can't do many per day... they're not helping.

A friend told me that if i drink a lot of water and walk 4 times a week for 20 minutes, it will help me get rid of the fat in my tummy since i'm not fat...

What do you think would be the best way, regarding my abilities?
