I like my body, but I've gained some weight in the past period of time.

I want to lose 4 kilos (about 8.8 lbs). But what I'm mostly concerned about is getting rid of my tummy. Because if I imagine my exact body (without losing weight) and tuck in my tummy, i look perfect.

I've tried crunches, but because I'm not good at them and can't do many per day... they're not helping.

A friend told me that if i drink a lot of water and walk 4 times a week for 20 minutes, it will help me get rid of the fat in my tummy since i'm not fat...

What do you think would be the best way, regarding my abilities?

Walking, jogging and running will give you the best results. Running will give you the fastest results. Keep hydrated and stay off foods that make you retain water. Such as salty foods, fried foods and high caloric foods. Also stay away from processed foods, such as white rice, white bread, etc. etc. Soda is a no-no even if they tell you diet its ok. You can also try pilates and try working your abs by doing planks. Visit this website and they have alot of info. www.sparkpeople.com

And Well you cant loose weight just in whatever spot you want to, but you can prepare your belly for when the weight starts droppin from it.
Do toning excercises and light weight training to keep your stomach looking great, so that when the weight is gone you have strong muscles backing it up

Tummy tuck surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Instead of doind crunches what you do is sit in a chair and lift your legs up and down concentrating on the muscles in your abdominal area
