I have a 4 month old puppy. I work from home, so I'm able to watch her all day. She learned to sit at the door when she needs to go to the bathroom, which is great. However, she needs to go so frequently! She sits at the door at least every hour. How can I get her to hold it longer? She's fine at night and can sleep in her crate for 8 hours without going to the bathroom, but I'd like her to hold it longer during the day.

I've tried crating her while I'm home, but she cried for 2 hours nonstop yesterday. It's difficult for me to leave the house, since all of my work is here. Sometimes I try to ignore her when she's sitting at the door to go outside, but I don't want to discourage her telling me when she needs to go. Any tips?

Should laws be passed based on white guilt, like affirmative action was?

i know many say that affirmative action is to "level" the playing feild...but in simple terms its lawful discrimination against white people...the laws that have been past not only affect me and my children but generations of white people to come...i think laws to help level the playing field should be based on finacial need and performance of duties...and NOT the color of your skin...what made me sick sometimes is where i worked we had a "token" minority...they weren't able to do the job but we needed to have someone of "color" to be fair...so that person would get away with alot at work, bad attitude, late many times, lazy, etc...but if anyone else did the same they would get in trouble...

Moving out-of-state custody issue with daughter Help!?

My boyfriend's ex wife is moving to Ohio wants to take their daughter with her, they currently have shared custody here in Kansas - he is refusing to let her take her out of the state of Kansas, would he get primary custody of her if the Mother decides to move? How does this work? Please help!

I need a woman's point of view.....My girlfriend and I, well we are currently broken up but..we are trying....

to work things out. It has been a couple of weeks now. Everything I guess is going well, we are talking and doing things like we use to. I give her massages..and guys know, we like to kiss on the woman..and it leads to something else. I'm scared if i do that she'll get mad, but on the other hand I think thats what she wants...massaged her feet and back last nite and I asked her would she get mad if I started to kiss her...she said no..then i asked her " can i kiss you" and she said no....in your opion ladies what do you think she wants...I guess she wants to think about us, and that our decision wont be made off of sex...but dang...its been two weeks i miss IT!!!

How can I get close to him?Pls help...?

It's this boy in my class.We're both teens,of course.I started up quite bad,by teasing him.Now almost all we do is tease each other.I tell him he's stupid,he comes with a similar replica and so on.If he doesn't mess with me,it's just not him.Regardless if it's about my boots or my hat..Though,we look in each others eye very often.Often,when we fight,everyone watches us,and that is not good.He always helps me out if I need his help,even if I don't ask it.Once,when we were in a club,I had quite a lot of drinks.He was then in another girl's arms,yet he ran out after me when I was sick and ran out to throw up.He was the one who asked me if I was ok...He often touches me,just like that on the leg or something,but he never kisses orhugs me.I can speak to him for a whole day long.We argue and then it's back to normal again.My best friend and not only her says that he likes another girl.This lass said to my friend,that the lad declaired his love to her.She has another boyfriend.I love him...
