Im in class right now.. and this guy who sits right beside me always smells like smoke... its making me sick.. ugh.... what can i tell him?...

Why would you tell him anything? He's not going to stop smoking because it bothers YOU! He's not doing anything illegal. It's like you having body odor, or an alcoholic sitting next to you sweating stale beer from his/her pores everyday. Same thing.
I would move to another seat. If it's assigned go to your professor, in private, and ask that your or his seat be changed. If the guy questions why the switch, I would be honest about the reason. But telling him? I don't think it's your place to do that. Contrary to popular belief, smokers do have rights also.

If he smokes he may not even realize the smell, he's probably used to it from either living with it or doing it. Tell him, "I don't know if you notice or not but you smell really strongly like cigarette smoke. I'm not trying to be mean, just wanted to let you know though." Say it nicely and either he'll be embarrassed and try to fix the problem or won't care and tell you to screw off and then maybe you can just move to another seat to avoid further problems. Either way I think you should let him know.

Smokers never realize what they smell like, especially just after they've had a smoke. Tell him to face. You smell of smoke and I want you to sit somewhere else.

Well......don't tell him nothing because that would be the mature thing to do is to say nothing! Ask the teacher if you can be moved to another side of the room or just away from him if there's room! But don't say anything on your part because it will make you look good and well you don't want people to think your immature do you?

lol That's hilarious, tomorrow bring one of those travel fabreeze sprays to school and spray him all over!! Now if he's a big guy and he might bash your brains in try to get to class before him and just spray the seat. It'll work wonders, even with the ash tray in the seat!!

Just bring a small bottle of perfume to class with you, and spray yourself. Your senses in your nose will focus on that smell instead. Good luck

Tell him that he needs to frebreez himself befome he comes in everyday or you could spray him down tomorrow as a surprise that would be funny.
