What was this lady doing...She tapped and sort of hit each shoulder, then with both hands she began tapping at different segments of her body, starting from her chest, then going down to her stomach segment, then up again, etc. What is this? Is this tai chi? What are the BENEFITS? Why is it being done while walking, because I had also seen a man doing it a few years back.
It looked very intriguing, hope your answers can clarify things for me. Thanks.

Ok here is the deal i finnaly got into contact with one of my old highschool friends. we havent spoken or even seen each other in over 7 years. I'm not new to the dating world infact thats why im here. I pick up on suttle things that we talk about that make me kind of wonder. It seems the time we were apart, we actually grew closer togather, you know, like we are the same person. well she asked me to move in with her... im kinda iffy on that part but being spontainious i was like ok. mind you we still have not seen eachother in a really long time. the kinds of things we talk about are very personal, like sex life, and so forth. so tell me ladies what do you think? does she like me or am i reading into this too far?

what would make me too demanding and expecting too much - what is it I should expect and give. My last friendship (best friend) lasted 11 years and she has just moved away (not too far) and has kept in touch everyday by email - suddenly she has decided she wants to move on get new friends (best friend) I know she needs friends where she is but there is no need to abandon me - it was working well for us seeing each other every few weeks taking it in turns to travel up to each other. - what did I do wrong?
