Lack of sleep

hmm..im only 15 n i aint no doctor but its proabaly the fact tht ur skin re-generates itself in a way, dead skin cells come off at night and new ones come through, so if u havent had enough sleep then those dead skin cells are likely to stay on ur skin which tricks ur eyes into thinkin ur skin has gone a darker shady color..either tht or u mgiht be a bit ill or u mgiht have some skin allaergy,

The blood flow to your skin is decreased as the body shifts more of it to the vital internal organs to try to keep them healthy despite inadequate rest time- rest as in restoration. That's also the reason we get pale when we are sick.
Sleep is vastly underrated by society in general, and try as we might, there is no substitute to be found!

not enough oxygen in the blood flow because your heart has to work harder.
