I am a 20-year-old female college student, 5 feet 4 inches in height and weighs 113 pounds. I exercise at least twice a week, for at least 30 minutes each session. I eat moderately, at most 1 cup of rice and a viand per meal. I eat three meals a day.

oh my goodness sweetie you're 20 and 5'04" and only 113 lbs, what are you thinking and do you have an eating disorder or just low self esteem. for your height and weight you are perfect in size, any smaller and you'd be a walking skeleton !, be happy as you are, and love yourself as you are, and if there are shallow superficial fools around you who are telling you different dump them quick and find some real friends !, friends who care, love and support you as uou are, and care about the person inside and not the outside or even perhaps those around you now are jelous and mean and try to make themselves feel better by belittleing you, tell them where they can go, quickly !

Get accustomed to the concept of 1-2 hour walking every day...

do 3 sets crunches, 15 reps at a time, three times a day.

do leg raises 45 at atime 3 times a day
and hold your tummy in while you walk about.
it works trsut me!

Try the Japanese way of eating. miso soup, fish , and a bowl of rice, and vegetables.

well if its the waist you are focusing on then hopefully you are doing waist exercises.
