If only everybody tried to make his or her part of the world a little warmer, a little brighter, the world would soon be a very lovely place to be. Of course the pretentiousness would depend on how and in what way someone thinks they can change the world for the better overall. If you have a plan for reducing hunger or pollution, then no. If you have a plan to create a master race, then yes.

Anyone can change the world if they put their minds to it. Of course, don't expect to be able to do it overnight. But wanting to change the world for the better and actually doing something to achieving that goal takes a lot of effort and time. Keep going at it, don't over-analyze it and have fun along the way.

No. Belief and action are the only things that have changed the world so far.
Even if you can change the world to make it better for just one person, that will be amazing.

If you think can change the world, the you can! Even by sending out mails, chatting or writing letters... If you are really affected by the things you can handle then, you must wake up and work... You cant pretend..you can change your world!
