Well, somebody forgot to tell the Taliban all of this.
Someone forgot to tell the people who are about to hang that girl in Iran, too. Her "crime" -- defending herself against three rapists and killing one of them in the process.
Someone forgot to tell the Saudis, who still don't let women drive cars, walk anywhere without their husbands, or wear anything in public besides a burqa.
The right to vote? Yeah -- but I wonder how many of them are ordered to vote a certain way by their husbands. And what Muslim country is a true democracy anyway?
Seems to me that few, if any, of these "rights" are really worth the paper they're written on.
The Soviet Union had a lot of "rights" listed in its constitution too, but precious few of them were actually extended to people in reality.

What happens in the average Islamic country if a Muslim woman refuses to wear the hijab?, I think wearing the hijab is not an option for them but an imposition, and lets not forget that a woman is to inheir less than her brother in a last will, and in some Muslim countries women cannot work, drive a car, choose the number of children she want or even going outside alone, I would feel like a hostage in their place.

You should be quoting Quran when you show these things. A Musim draws his evidence from the Quran.
But! Muslims! Shia and Sunni use the Hadith to deny their women the rights the Quran gives to them when they blame the prophet wrongfully, on invalid hadith that defy Quran, for ordering that the adulteress be stoned to death.
Muslims have done what others have done and abandoned the Quran for Hadith that defy Allah and make Islam a religion of male dominance.
Quote Quran next time on the Law relating to adultery and show Yahoo users the Hadith that is used to deprive women and their children of their rights in Islam while permitting men to shirk their responsibility to the Muslim family and allow the murder of Muslim women in Musim countries by men who use hadith to protect "family honour" in the most barbaric manner.
And you can check with Amnesty International and the United Nations for proof of the degradation of women and the family in Muslim countries under the Shariah of invalid Hadith.
I am a Muslim. A solitary Muslim.

Can you explain these? How can this injustice be tolerated by muslims (such as yourself)
A woman's word is considered 1/2 a man in a Islamic court of law.
Every Female child inherits 1/2 a Male child when the father dies (unless explicitly stated in a will by the father)
A man can legally kill a woman if he discovers she was cheating on him. (While a man can have as many wives as he pleases WITHOUT THE CONSENT of a previous wife.)
A woman does not have right of custody after 2 years (male) or 7 years (female).
oh I could go on...

The right to get in the kitchen and bake me a pie?
Sorry,
a.) this isn't a question
b.) it's based upon a popular, democratic friendly reading of Islaam geared towards dawah purposes (i.e., is a lie based upon theoretical reading and not any sort of real practice)
All the best,
Laz

You forgot the right to only be considered half as truthful as a man in a court.; the right to be stoned to death for adultery if she accuses a man of rape, unless, of course, the courts decide she should be punished by being forced to marry her rapist; The right to be beat if she disobeys her father or husband, or brother; The right to be murdered by her family if they don't like her life choices.

The Qur'an gave women more rights than she ever had under any other religion. However, the local customs and cultures of some Islamic countries have stripped her of many of these rights.

How exactly can a woman with no clitoris get sexual satisfaction from her husband??
