If it's what I think, where you write on paper your desires in life or hopes, read it out loud and then put the paper away not to be looked at again. And putting little drawing on your body (for eg. a picture of a house on your wrist with a biro if your after a move or a new home) Then No it doesn't work. Apparently Noel Edmunds did this when he was at a crossroads in his life, and got the Deal or No Deal show, people questioned the drawings on his hands, and this is what his explanation was for them. I tried it and nothing came into fruition for me. (There was no harm in trying ) But I really don't think anything will make anything happen except ourselves going for things, maybe it's to do with a new confidence that we believe things will happen so we push ourselves to make them happen. If this isn't what you meant, the last paragraph still applies.

Seemingly Noel Edmond's does, and if it got him back on the telly who's to argue with that.
