I have recently split up with my boyfriend and i really got on wiht his parents. I havent been able to say goodbye properly and have written them a card to say that its been nice getting to know them and im sorry for the way things have worked out and wishing them the best for the future. Should i send it? Or will my ex think bad of me?

This situation is crazy.
Are these people medical professionals or just 9 to 5 office workers? Hospitals and Doctors are working 24 / 7 to deal with emergencies but you try and find a dentist after 5:00pm. No chance.

During the holiday season they are supposed to provide emergency cover. So you phone the surgery and are given the two emergency contact numbers. You then phone them only to be informed that they are also closed and you just go around in circles. I have been trying for 5 hours without susses.

OK so I have given up now and will just overdose on pain killers until after the New Year. I am strong so I can deal with it. But what if it was my 6 year old child? How do you explain to a 6 year old that he is going to have to suffer until Tuesday?

I don’t think these morons should be allowed to setup private practises if they can’t even sort out something as basic as the emergency cover schedule. Yet again the A&E departments will have to step in and take the strain.

Turned down, what to do?

i was turned down, and been keeping busy to move on, but when i see her, im bothered again..there are times i still think of her although not as much as before...its weird bcoz after she turned me down, she hugged me twice, usually after we havent met for awhile (we agreed to be just friends--uhm, were both girls)...anyway, is it better off not to see her anymore at all? how did it work for you guys?

i already told her before that i still find it awkward to be friends..
we never really had a relationship, just attraction but we cant hold a long conversation!!

India not given aggressive response to Saddam's execution which is done by only America but in the name of their poppet Iraq Government. Is it not shame for India to behave like that with long day friend Saddam? Why they keep mum ? Will it not affect UPA's election performance in UP and other States ? I think BJP will be in shy of relief as it has not happened during their regime . Mulayam will take it as Advantage and Natwar will fuel in that. I think Our Muslim brothers also may get angry with UPA's style of function i.e. falling on Bush's feet.
if so , our neighbour Pakistan's dictator Mushraf's position will be ugly. We may get satisfied with that. Do you agree ?

This man makes my heart soar. I finally found him after years of me searching for him and him searching for me (we used to work together). I can't stop thinking about him, and when he kissed me and told me he's always loved me, my heart literally skipped a beat. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him. Problem? He is black and my parents are against interracial dating. I have an idea on how to tell them, but I hate confrontations like this with them...last time I got slapped and told that if I date another black man, my kids would be taken away (keep in mind, they are mixed too).
