The US government killed 205,000 Iraqis during the Gulf War, after the US ambassador told Saddam we had ""no opinion on your Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait".
And then, when the rest of the Security Council wanted to lift sanctions on Iraq in the late 1990s, after it had destroyed its WMD, only the US and Britain refused, claiming they "didn't trust" Saddam. Turns out they were wrong and Saddam was telling the truth. Over one million Iraqis died from those sanctions the US refused to lift.
And then finally, Bush's illegal invasion of Iraq in 2003, in which over 655,000 Iraqis have died.
