I dont think animals have the same hormones as humans. I doubt it could detect the hcg in your dogs urine.

No. It wouldn't work, it would show up negative even if she is pregnant because dogs don't have the same hormones as humans.

As far as i know there are no actual pregnancy tests for dogs but you should take her to the vet as he/she will know all the signs to tell whether she is or not.

Even then though, sometimes it's a matter of waiting until she shows enough signs of being pregnant so you may get sent away again to wait.

But take her to the vet now if you are worried and she is showing signs of being pregnant, because they will then may be able to confirm/disregard your suspicion.

human being pregnant tests do not artwork on canines. Human tests verify for HUMAN improve hormone.. it truly is largely found in pregnant people. the really thanks to verify being pregnant is by an xray or ultrasound from the vet. in case you may't enable her in to dodge a being pregnant.. why do you even imagine about breeding her? A nursing canines and pups must be housed interior.. and till she has CH or operating titles.. and has handed well being tests.. she isn't a breeding canines. considering she's the kind of frightened canines, she doesnt sound like a breeding candidate anyhow.. she merely doesnt have a sound temperment. Get your canines SPAYED.. it's going to be some distance more most cost effective than dealing with an undesirable clutter of mongrels. ignore the stupid idea of breeding.. your canines doesnt sound like a strong breeding specimen anyhow.

I would say no. Pregnancy tests detect how much HCG is in a woman's blood. HCG stands for human chorionic gonadotropin, which I would imagine a dog doesn't have even when she is pregnant.
You need to take her to the vet.

no, I don't think a dog has the same hormone that a woman gives off when she is pregnant. You will know in 62 days if she is.

I am a zoologist working with primates and we use clear blue to detect pregnancies with gorillas - they DO work with primates, not so sure with dogs i'm afraid. only way I suppose is to get one and try it! I believe it actually might work!!

haha this gave me a good laugh, I have no idea if it would work, i dont think so. The mental picture of a man holding a pregnancy test stick under his dog while she's peeing on the bush cracks me up! If you do this, please post pics:o)
