Once upon a time John, and Pamela lived in canada. His mother Jessica from America came to visit and she suspects of a relationship between the two, and this had onlymade her more curious.

Reading his mom's thoughts, John volunteered,"I know what you must be thinking, but I assure you, Pamela and I are just roommates."

Than about 3 days later Jessica heads back to America.

About 4 days later, Pamela came to John saying,"Ever since your mother left, I've been unable to find the silver sugar bowl. You don't suppose she took it do you?"
"Well, I doubt it, but I'll email her, just to be sure." So he sat down and wrote:

Dear mother,
I'm not saying that you "did" take the sugar bowl from my house,I'm not saying that you "did not" take it. But the fact remains that it has been missing ever since you left back to America.

Love,
John.

Several days later, Joe received an email from his mother which
read:

Dear Son,

I'm not saying that you "do" sleep with Pamela, and I'm not saying that you "do not" sleep with her. But the fact remains that if she was sleeping in her OWN bed, she would have found the sugar bowl by now.

Love,
Mom.

So if the application is due Dec.15th, and I'm not applying for enterance scholarships or any other kind of scholarship/grant, how early do I need to submit my application? Do they really care if you submit it early or do they assess all applications that arrived by Dec.15th equally?

Picnic at Hanging Rock is an Australian movie. Some think it's a true story but you can bet it's fiction. But what I'm intrigued about is this, I have not read the novel and I don't know if it's mentioned in the novel, but one of the girls spoke of a cloud only it was red, she didn't say it was a cloud from sunset or she would have said sunset. It implied she saw it someplace on the mountain.
So, is there anything in real life (however rare or strange) which looks like a red cloud.

10And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.

11And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;

12When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.

13And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear.

...........
16And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.

17And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

This is Cain's crime and his punishment. He is cursed to be a fugitive and a vagabond as part of his restitution for what he did. But then, after the sentence is given, he goes out and founds and builds a city.

How is that the life of a fugitive and a vagabond?

This is meant to be a serious question! I really want to know how woman get sex appeal! I am 21 and as I look at friends from high school they just scream experience (sexually) which seems to bring more of a womanhood about them! I am 21 and still a virgin which lowers my confidence to find a good man because sex is what's hot on the market! I don't understand. How do you get that womanhood about yourself or that sex appeal instead of everyone saying that you are just cute?

Noted black economist Walter Williams argues that discrimination should be allowed; that freedom of association necessarily involves being discriminating in one's selection.

He points out that people practice careful discrimination in choosing friends and spouses...and that marriage has much more of an impact, economically, on racial groups(because people generally pick mates of their own race based on the same affinity that the government has outlawed in hiring) than any hiring or contracting process.

If you choose to marry person A instead of person B, person B may experience loss while person A enjoys advantages.

The point being, that if the government continues its trend/efforts to eliminate "discrimination"--that is, free choice--in all aspects of society with EEOC lawyers and affirmative action and so on, then soon it will be forcing people to marry someone outside their race in order to promote "equal opportunity" and quotas, etc.

Additional Details

Williams is careful to point out that it is in fact marriage which impacts the economic status of blacks far more than any employment situation, as it is matrimony which ensures that whites sustain wealth within their cultural milieu.

Williams does not see this as wrong--he is a conservative, and recognizes that the government's role should not be to interfere in freedom of association, nor to attempt to force/guarantee equality of outcomes for those who posess and/or lack certain characteristics.

My house is old and I need to replace a shutoff valve for the cold water intake to the bathtub. I've been reading on line about how to do this but can't find my answer. Here's the question- Do I need to use teflon tape or pipe compound to replace a shutoff valve? The pipe and valve are both metal. I also need to know if there is an easy way to remove the old valve? I haven't tried yet but it looks like it has been glued in or something. Any help or sugestions would be very apreciated. Thanks, Patty
