I lost one kidney due to alcohol intake which used to keep my B.P high and I did not take advice of the Doctor's, so be careful don't drink alcohol you will ultimately end up losing kidneys

I think Cirrhosis of the liver will catch up with an kidney dialysis.

You won't need dialysis - your liver will stop from your alcohol intake long before your kidneys.

possibly yes but you may have cirhosis of the liver which dialysis cant help.. excessive alcohol intake over any period of time can give you health problems.

It wouldn't necessarily cause you to go on kidney dialysis, but it is possible. It depends how much damage you have done to your kidneys. It's a good reason to slow down, or back off.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

Maybe, but the most common physical effect of excessive alcoholism is cirrhosis of the liver, which can lead to liver cancer and finally ... death!
