it happens alot. musicians dont' have the rights to the name of their song, any other artist can use the same song name. it happens quite frequently actually.

It happens a lot in the music business. For example, REM and Daniel Powter both have a song called Bad Day. Personally, I prefer Christina's Walk Away.

I don't think they're the same song. I know the song by Kelly but not Christina Auguilara's, but I'm assuming they're different songs with the same title. Total coincidence.

Because they use the same words! You can't copyright a title or a few words because that would restrict the English language to the point you couldn't write anything anymore!

Some artists have the same song names. I don't know why, maybe they find it catchy or whatever. I doubt they have the same lyrics, though.
