How to 12-15GB HD Media File Copy?

Is there some type of peer to peer tool that can break up 10GB+ files and send across firewalls to one or two destination locations (does not need to multicast). Im looking for something private, peer to peer, not something that uses public nodes.

Hope you have a good reason - most Company IT Support monitors net traffic, even if you split it up into 1Gb chunks they will wonder what's going on an maybe investigate (at both ends)
