-What different rates are aboard a Navy Sub?
-How long are the deployments for someone assigned to a sub?
-How long are you expected to stay on that sub without seeing the outside world? What Im asking is do you dock at ports and let you get out every so often, for how long.
-How many men are usually on the Sub?

I recently got married to a woman fromanother country. We have submitted the paperwork to get her permanent residence status. But, when I took her to take her drivers license test, they said she needed a "green card", or an I-94 that is valid for at least 6mo (I think the max. an I-94 can be is 6mo!!!). So, now we have to wait for at least 9mo for her to take her drivers license test. Has anyone run into this problem here in TX <---since it seems like TX has the strictest laws in this.
Does this mean that a person cannot get a license until after they obtain their PR status? Ridiculous!

Why when i come on answers with a genuine question about my wife who has let herself go and has no respect for herself do i get a load of abuse? I still love her and care for her but she has no pride or respect in herself, i want to help her and US but all i get are comments about me being a pig. When a woman writes up about her lazy, selfish, pig of a husband all you wimmin back her and tell her to get rid of him, well my wife is a lazy overweight clumsy lump whom i no longer love or wanna be with and when i ask for advice on what to do i get nasty comments. Well wimmins lib/sisterhood is alive and well on answers, SHAME ON YOU ALL.

I am an english major trying to start a collection of my favorite Shakespeare plays. I want to get each play individually, not in one big book. Can anyone recommend a series which is well annoted? So far the three editions that I am considering are Folger, Arden, or Oxford. If anyone has any advice or experience about which edition is best, I would greatly appreciate it.

My ex and I broke up about 2 weeks ago and we decided to still be best friends because we are best friends, and lovers. Just not the lover part anymore. It feels so hard because I still see him almost everyday and I dont want to loose this friendship with him, because he has been a good friend during these last two years, just a bad boyfriend. He's already moving on by dating and still maintaining to be friends with me. So I think its possible to stay friends, but how else can I move on while still being best friends with him?

We want to go on a 9 day driving honeymoon vacation to Alaska in August. Mainly in the Kenai peninsula area, but also want to go to Denali too. Any hotel suggestions for Seward, Anchorage, Denali, Kenai, etc? Also good touristy spots to stop in these areas. Thanks!!

okay so, I am co-opening an home daycare. I am so nervous it hurts. I will have 2 infants, a 2 year old a 4 year old and two school age children(i think, they may be pre schoolers). I need advice on how to make the days go by smoothly. I have worked in day in commericial daycare with an assitant before and that was a breeze and i have worked by myself before also but with one age group at a time. Please give me some helpful tips on how to work with this wide range of ages. Thank you

I have verizon dsl with a router that works on main pc. A wireless laptop that also works. I need a scecond pc to get online. it is hardwired to router (under 100ft and cat5e). I get messages" limited or no connectivity to internet". I can ping the router just not past it. Is there a security code in ther router? Verizons tech are in India and they couldnt get it to work. any suggestions?

I have a hobby about learning about Neanderthals. I have high-functioning autism and I am quite surprised to see people say that autistic people are descendants of the cavemen or have some of their DNA in them. Does this mean that I am a hybrid of a Neanderthal and a human? I battle a lot with behaving like a human around human. Does this account for Neanderthal behavior? Before you ask, I don't act like a monkey.
