NEVER buy discount self-esteem. Confidence, fine, but when it comes to your self-esteem you should invest as much as you can possibly afford, or look into making your own.

Have you tried looking in the book department? There are many books on the market that may help. If it is not in the store...go to " walmart.com" and search in their on line book section.
