Belicheck is the master. In todays game no one does what he does. He plays the game he fits what he does into the game rather then trying to fit the game to him. He is truly the mad geunius of the nfl

I have to go with Bill Belichick.
I dont understand why everyone is saying Bill Cowher. The Steelers only won once in 16 years.
Bellichick has won, what? 3? 4? Super Bowls. Its so many i cant remember.
His philosophy for the game is perfect. I dont like the snub he gave Eric Mangini, whom he should be proud of, but he's still the best coach of the last 15 yrs or so.

Not even close, Bill Cowher. His teams have the best overall record over the last 16 seasons.

Brian Billick is doing wonders with the Ravens.
Jeff Fisher is just my heart when it comes to coaches. ANY time one of his players is hurt, he is right there on the field with them. He makes the tough decisions, he's fair with the discipline, and he truly cares about his players.
