If your friend has a piss-poor attitude in class, maybe that's what needs to change. If you can, think about what a school teacher deals with in a day. It's not their job to be friends with the students, it is their job to try to teach- and if your friend is interfering with that every day (or maybe every other day) then I don't blame the teacher for not liking her.
A 'bad girl attitude' is not going to get your friend far in life, and the sooner she understands that, and learns to behave appropriately for specific situations,(such as a class room) the easier things will be for her.
I know this is not the answer you want, and I'm sorry I can't be more supportive, but hopefully when you & your friend get older, you will understand why her teacher didn't appreciate your friend's attitude.

I guess it matters. If she's in highschool she can transfer. If not she should fake a better attitude. So when your friend has a good attitude, the teacher would look really stupid being mean to a good attitude person, and if she is in high school....she should have a better attitude! Its not that hard to be a good kid for eight hours!

She should treat the teacher with respect regaurdless of whether or not she's a "Bad Girl". If she has done this then she should look into transfering out of the class, or talking to the teacher in a nonconfrontational way.

sometime adults and teenagers cannot seem to get along - but because its her teacher, she must fake being responsible and loose the attitude or she will not make it easy on herself...unless she wants to fail the class (or grade) sometimes we all have to adjust to situations that we cannot control...and the teacher will win this one.....

Loose the attitude for the hour or so she's in class.
