i did stop for a month but then got drunk on xmas day and started again. can anyone give me some tips on how to stop the cravings please.

i am trying to find a traditional stereo stack system (in the u.k), turntable,cassette deck,tuner / amp,cd player,the only thing i can find in the shops now are these vile little mini systems my old aiwa system is now 17 years old and still sounds great but it's starting to fall to bits !!! and i still need to be able to play my vinyl,i know i'm old fashioned but please help!!!.

We are friends, talking about everything, mostly we are physically attracted to each other as well. We wish we could 'explore' one day.

We have been kissed, hugged and touched each other..that is all. It feels like we are right for each other physically than our own bf/gf.

Because we both live with our own life partner, it made us feel need to hiden all those feelings when we really want to talk, send sms or meet each other.

We never had sex...and recently I discovered I have feelings for him--more than a friend. But, we couldn't do anything about it because we are afraid thinging will not work out for us. Then we will both lose what we have today with our partners.

'There is no room for us. You have your private life and I have my private life. It makes more to think about it.....' 'So we just take it easy, and see how it goes'...What it meant to be, it meat to be'....that is from our conversation recently.

can someone help me to make my mind a little clear??

Ok, I know I'll get the "age comments". But I have to ask this. Everytime I mention time speeding up, people either say oh that happens as you get older, or "it's just the pace of our world the technology", yet none of these tell me anything.

How can technology speed time up? I am not using anything different that I was using as a kid basically apart from typing on the internet here and that is it. I barely watch TV anymore, I have a chronic illness and time should pass slower than ever, yet every year it seems faster.

I noticed it starting around 1998 1999 and I was only 25. The odd thing is, when I asked a few others, without telling them what year I started to notice it, they all said "oh about 1999", and one of them was only 19 at the time.

I hear others talking about it and even kids mention it also, so it's not age related. I'd just be interested in hearing if anybody else is noticing it.

Today air travel is undertaken by more and more people. Bigger aircraft like double-decker A380 are likely to come into service soon. The problem of safe air travel free from threats of hijackings has to be solved with the help of better technology. Biometric data, fingerprints and photographs of passengers should be obtained. Closed circuit TV cameras should be fitted in aircraft cabins and data should be continuously relayed from air to ground control. Suspicious activities of passengers should be especially monitored closely from ground control. For each passenger, one citizen should be required to give guarantee of good behaviour,on penalty of stiff sentences which could be imposed on the citizen. Pilot cabin should be well insulated from passenger cabin; no potential hijacker should be able to get into pilot's cabin. There should be provision to spray chemicals into the cabin to make the hijackers as well as all other passengers fall unconscious so as to immobilise the hijackers.

I'm hard pressed to think of any team that hit the jackpot with a particular free agent signing (though a lot of very mediocre players certainly hit the jackpot through ridiculous contracts).
