I have been talking to an employer for 3-4 months now. I have been asked to visit them for a (final) in-person interview in early January. I have already been through several layers of phone interviews, but no salary discussions yet.

I have previously provided the company with a copy of my resume. Today they have asked me to fill out a job application. The application has a section on previous history together with the begining and ending salary information.

I was wondering MUST I fill out the salary sections, or can I just leave the salary fields blank since I do not want them to make me an offer based on what I am earning currently or what have earned in the past.

Obviously, I want to earn significantly more than my current job, but if I put my current salary on my resume, they might use it as a reference point, or even, only make a similar matching offer.

I realize that unlike a resume, an application is a legal document and I can only write facts on it.

It says that you have to create Magic Squares using only intergers of -4 up to 4 so that all rows.. columns and sqaures add up to the sum of 0. Now there are three rows across and three rows down. 9 total. Please help

So the guy i like did this really stupid thing to get my number. Like he used my phone to call his own cell phone and said that he was calling his "friend", but he didn't know that i knew his number (got it from his friend) so i just went along with it and didn't bust him out. Then after he was done with the phone call i asked him why didn't he just call with his phone, he said that he left it at home so i was like okay. then i asked what his friend say and he just said that no one picked up. then later i looked up the number he called and looked up his number, it was the same number. So my question is, why didn't he just ask me for my number? and since he got my number now, why isn't he calling me?
by the way we're only one year apart, he's a senior, and i'm a junior.

I thought that when the dog was castrated he would lose sexual intertest, but he is as randy as ever, but not making them pregant thank goodness, but i wanted to stop the hyper active over active behaviour when a girl is in season, i have 2 boys so they fight like hell when they are in season and i was under the impression from the vet that he would lose all interest, its the opposite to be honest please any advice would be great, obv i know i can turn to the vets, but hoping for advice on here. thanks again in advance

What if your boyfriend of 5yrs had you arrest for defending yourself aganist him now, you have a case in court which you never had before. What would you do? My pals like to ride at night,and my heavily modded CR is way too loud for this.I need an ultra quiet silencer for my bike.I dont care about performance loss since this silencer will only be used for night riding,not racing,and my bike is faster than I am willing to go anyway. all over the candle holder it is in. I mean the candle holder gets totally messed up and I have to spend an hour to clean off all the wax stuck on it now. Isn't there a candle holder that is made specially for candle sticks so that the wax melting doesn't go on the table and the table cover? It's this time of year where we put a lot of candles around the house and my floors are all wax. Help...
