Hope is positive thinking regarding the uncertain future.
We can hope for anything... but reasonable people assign probabilities to the uncertain future and hope only for those good things which are reasonably probable in their view.

Hope is putting your faith in something to the point that you truly believe that it will come to pass. What we hope for depends on what we each individually desire.
Hope is more than a wish, but not quite a conviction. Hope is a tangible dream, something we put so much of our faith in , we swear that we can touch it.
