What if your boyfriend of 5yrs had you arrest for defending yourself aganist him now, you have a case in court which you never had before. What would you do? I told him that it is over but he is just not getting the picture I don't want to be with him. I need more advice to get rid of him oh by the way we have a daughter together.

Oh geez!! The only thing that really gets to me is that you have a daughter together. Can you two put your differences aside and concentrate on raising a normal child. Show this child that you love her. She is going to grow up thinking that she is the reason for your differences. For some reason this is what tends to happen. Start communicating with your b/f and put this child ahead of your needs. She didn't ask to be born, you both made her. Time grow up guys!!!

hmmm.if ur the adventure type u might wana consider moving out from ur old place n meet new ppl...u might meet another guy thts 100 better than him..that way u'll b secured in keepin ur child safe with the new guy..
from a personal opinion...if u decide 2 stay in ur current location..i gues ud better avoid any contacts from him..change the locks o something..dont answer his calls..ask some1 whom ur really close 2 pick u up from work or class..then pik up ur daughter..then go hang out in the most isolated place u guys could think of..n u guys just have fun together and worry not of him at the same time..
keep this up for a year o so then i think he'll be bored of trying n finally leav u alone..good luck..

Don't see him anymore, don't take any calls from him. Get a court order saying he can see your daughter when you are not around (have him pick her at family or friends house, not yours). I was in the same situation. He will finally get the picture. Now about your court date, get a lawyer. You have to prove that you were defending yourself against him.
