Used to work out everyday at lunch until I injured my knee. Now I only work out every other day at home so that I can build it back up. I think that come the day after New Years I should be able to go back to every day for a half hour and then work up more from there.

i go to the gym at least three times a week...but do a 1 hour brisk walk each day...im then able to have something i shouldnt during the week without putting on weight
