Without any touching..or sucking or licking...and blah blah blah
without any dirty talk..
can i just turn him on with eye contact or simple flirting?

I obviously am not a guy, but through talking intensively about this just the other day with a few of my guy friends, I think i can shed a bit of light.
My guy friends occasionaly do not understand the signals we send them off... like flicking hair would be a sign, but they would think, 'does she have fleas?"
Its frustrating... but one guy friend said, he loves the way a girl looks at him sexily, holding his gaze, with an inviting smile.
So,.. try that!

I love a flirt and I love to flirt. Firstly, the person has to appeal. Exude sexiness without being dirty. Suggestive, use double meanings, talk in a huskier voice than normal. Use your eyes for the come on look. That'll get my motor running and want more. Me, I usually do it with words. Use phrases that can be taken either way. I won't state any that I personally use but an oldie is the, "if I told you that you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me", that type of thing.

I would think any guy would be turned on by eye contact when they speak; or start the sentence with eye contact and eye contact with the last word. Doesn't matter just as long as she makes him feel there is no-one else in the world but him to her. Make him feel special with body gestures always helps.

You can turn a guy on without doing any so called dirty thing. Guys prefer and understand the signals emitted by a girl. Such as trying to meet often searching an excuse (often very flimsy one) to talk. eye contact rolling eyes and correcting her hair streak, discussing topics of your interest

Touching or sucking or licking is not flirting; it's sex. Eye contact, gentle resting of a hand on the arm, suggestive conversation, that's flirting.

i like an eye-catching woman with a stable head on her shoulders. In otherwords, sensible and captivating. Flirting in simple terms gets stressful in case you do it at a foul time or something or in case you do it all the time

Actually, what guys like best is what you said before... but you can also win guys over by hanging around them, talking to them a lot, smiling at them and asking them out places. Just make it obvious that you like him.
