Depends on which part of Wales you intend going to?
The National Museum in Cardiff is free entry, so is the Welsh Folk Museum in St Fagans.
Obviously walking around the beautiful towns, villages, coast and countryside is free, and good for the mind!
I also beleive that the Welsh Assembly has offered free entry to all the Castles in Wales, and we do have more here than anywhere else in the world........

I live in Wales and there is nothing cheaper than wrapping up warm and going for a walk.
