Carefull where you get these, as most will have some sort of spyware.
If you really want a wallpaper find a photo you like and right click on it and "set as background".
Right click on desktop, properties and click screen saver tab. Select a number of screen savers already in the operating system. Your computer will thank you for doing so in the morning :)

www.freeze.com i think, well i used to get mine form there, but haven't been on there for a couple of years.
actually i've just checked it and yes they are still there and you can still get some pretty cool stuff.
