Go to a local "cop bar" and check out the scene.
Does she have to be a cop? how about a security guard, or an army MP?
EDIT: Dude I just read a few of your other questions. If you want to get handcuffed during sex, you don't have to date a cop! You can buy handcuffs, and if your comfortable enough with your current GF to bring the subject up then do so. You be supprised how open minded some women are about some things.
BTW don't mention this type of thing on a first date....that is unless you met your GF in an S&M bar or chat room.

Do you know of a Female Officer. and is this the true question or is it how do you ask one out. Is there more of the question that is on your mind but you may have left off.
Going out with an Officer is the same as going out with any other girl other than her job is different and in the line of duty
Is that what scares you?
She may be intersted in you as well what can it hurt to give it a try . make sure that you are in good standing and have a reputable reputation.

It's hard to date a police officer because most police officer have this opinion that there are a lot of bad folks out there and you might be one of them. Most police officer try to date within the department or someone in law enforcement. How do I know this you ask. 25 years in law enforcement. Good luck!
