What, if at all, can give any significant meaning to life for the human beings is the removal of 'me' factor..... otherwise there is no difference between a human life and other lives except for the degree of intelligence. It is precisely those moments when we forget 'me' that we get the sublime happiness..... serving 'me' gives an illusory satisfaction since the 'me' is never fully satiated.... as and when we are able to set aside the 'me', a heavenly feeling of satisfaction free of any guilt feeling can be experienced. Therefore it is only without 'me' that any meaningful meaning to life can be attributed!!

From my perspective, life without you is exactly the same, other than I wouldn't be answering this question. From your perspective, life without you is nothingness. To you, all of life is based on your experience of it. Remove the experience of the life = remove the life. In an extrapolated sense, all of existence (from your perspective) rests entirely on your life, but only in the sense that existence requires your perception of it in order to exist. Consequently, as far as meaning, you must realize that this life is all you have, and it is essentially meaningless unless you claim your own existence. Thus, as redundant or cliche as it may sound, the meaning of life is to live, applying your own subjective values to existence, thereby creating your own meaning, for there is no inherent meaning to life itself. Life is not about praising some imaginary guy in the sky, or finding true love, or helping those less fortunate, for life's meaning can only be personal, nay, selfish because you can only apply some form of meaning to your own existence and perception. Thus, in living, you are validating your existence, you are proving you are alive and enjoying it. Perhaps religion, love, or philanthropy will be a corollary to that, but the aforementioned is the overarching meaning of your life.
P.S. To those who blabber on about "the meaning of life is God's love blah blah I'm an idiot blah blah" and then cite "experience" as their source...You are a plague upon this philosophical forum. There is no experience for the love of your god, so stop trying to act like you are supremely correct because you were raised to believe there is some guy who cares about everyone and you bought it hook, line, and sinker...that does NOT constitute experience and it is NOT philosophically sound...

LIFE has meaning whether or not we exist. Certainly YOU without you might have little or no meaning to YOU or those around you, but I have a thought.
"Life proceeds from within, and "without."
You can iterpret that in any way that feels comfy to you, but it's meaning to me is multiple.

Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.
I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.
You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.
The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

The meaning of Life is Gods unconditional love, Life is God in the form of unconditional love. Remove "me" and and what is left is, God expressing his unconditional love. Meaning leaves with "me" Remove your "me" and my :me" all that is manifested is "LOVE".
