I think the average age to get married is whenever you really feel like you and your partner have a strong relationship because if it is not a strong relationship then you will just get divorced in a year or earlier.

It could be about 30s

After 4 years of dating me and my husband got married i was 19 he was 21. I don't think there can be a 'real' common average, as it depends on person to person. Whenever they are ready, are so in love, or know this is it forever, thats when it happens.

well the average age is getting older but currently, i think its, 25 women and 29 men

Whenever they feel ready I got married at 19 (divorced 2 yrs ago) and i now know thats too young !

I have just met a guy who is 39 ( my new boyfriend) and he's never been maried so take from that what you will...

depends on the state, but i think it's 27 for men and 25 for women in the US, that's what newsweek says.

in utah it's like 22 and 20 respectively, ugh.

i don't know about everyone else, but I was 20 and my hubby was 24 when we got married, that was 12 years ago.
