Why can people like Carlos Mencia Make jokes about blacks,whites,hispanics,jews or any race but he never gets in serious trouble for his jokes or really called a "racist" (im a fan of his im just wondering)

but then if a white person makes a little joke about a black person or any race they are called a racist scumbag.. I have these two friends who are brother's by marriage, and they both really like one another, but don't know how to tell their parents. She resides at independant Senior Citizen home but is unable to cook, clean, shower etc... Can I claim her on my tax? Management office of the center said that she's too old to be by herself and eventually will need full time care. But for now 4 days a week would be ok.

about... I am not a bonehead. My point and question is this and simply this, what are some good work at home ideas. If my husband was reliable in the first place, I'd have a house to take or ok credit. I HAVE BEEN TO COUNSELING. He won't go our problems areVERY private nature but 2 therapists have agreed that these differences DEFINITELY count as irreconcilable. ANd as for the "remote mountain village " it is remote in size and population but is 20 minutes from a larger town and only an hour from LA not in timbuktu. If the situation was healthy for my kids I would stay regardless, but it is not. Again, what I am looking for is work at home ideas that would require a computer, and good people skills and/or a phone. I don't want something that is going to require any commuting. And my kids are well adjusted, bright kids that are loved VERY MUCH.

My husband and I have been married for 16 years. We have been through a lot but never anything like this. He has a myspace account. I never really paid much attention-he said it was for his business. Last week I took our kids to a xmas thing, while he was shopping or so he told me. I found out that he had gone out of town to meet a female "business contact". He claimed that they went shopping but ended up back at her house. He claims that they didn't have sex or anything close to it. But I was still livid. His He had never mentioned her before.He left his myspace up on the computer. I saw today that he was emailing this woman with the subject as "I love You". The emails say that he is going to divorce me to be with her, that I am no more than a roommate etc. In older emails he lied to her that I had a bf. In one email from today she said that I judged her and I was a cu**. I don't know the woman. I have never snooped before. Should I get an attorney. Thanks everyone
