i used to like her when she was little, like on lizzie mcguire.
but now that shes a LIL older, she thinks she owns the world
just like JoJo and Raven.

I LOVE her very much. She is such a role models to us teenagers and tweens. She is very much involved in Charity work showing us good example and good use of her money. Plus she is very sucessful. She is taking the movie world by storm, has a great perfume and her own clothing line. She has achieved a lot at a young age of 19. I would like to give Hilary Ann Duff a 10!

Ahhh... Hillary Duff. Another prime example of tweeny bopper fame over-extended by giddy pre-teen marketing demographics and the 'sweet l'il American girl' sales pitch. Low grade actress at best, she began her little career if you will, on a Disney channel kiddie show aimed at pre-teen and adolescent girls. Like many tweeny-bopper actresses at that point in time she decided do the old switcheroo and try her hand at singing. Bubble-gum pop was her genre of choice possibly b/c of her age or maybe b/c she was already set to go on that role and image by Disney. Whatever the reason is her vocal skills were mediocre, and like most bubble-gum pop, the songs were hyper immature clashes of keyboard beats and grade-school hum-drum crap for lyrics.
Her movies were essentially re-hashing the Hillary Duff as type-casted by Disney. When she began to get older, she decided she wanted to break out of the mold that was made for her, and did so unsuccessfully, due mostly to the fact that she never had the talent to be convincing or even that amusing for too long while she was the Disney cover-girl and she certainly didn't have what it would have taken to reinvent herself independently. I do however admire the effort and will be the first to admit, albeit begrudgingly, that she had a few interesting hits, though nothing too big and flashy or good.
I normally rate actors shows and singers and stuff on a scale 0-5 on here, and she would have gotten a 0.9; but since you want it on a scale of 0-10, I'll say 2.7.

Who on earth is Hilary Duff? Is she famous here in Britian? If she's famous why haven't I heard off her? I'll give her a 5 because I would do that for any decent human being and as I don't know her I'll assume she is one.

Hilary Duff is Awesome! I rate her singing about an 8. She sings pretty good! But she's not a very good actress. : (

WoW even on here people seem to hate her. If you like her don't feel different just because what other people think of her. It's okay to have your own opinion. In my personal opinion, I use to think she was really pretty and cool in her lizzie maguire days but now she's just okay. But I still think she's a great actress. I would probably rate her a 5.
