Can I play Call of Duty 3 online with a friend using the same PS3?

I mean, can we play split-screen online with others? Sort of like what you can do with Halo2 on Xbox?

If yes, then how do I go about doing that?

Arman, you can only play split screen against each other. You cannot play on-line multiplayer or the campaign split screen.
