Why can people like Carlos Mencia Make jokes about blacks,whites,hispanics,jews or any race but he never gets in serious trouble for his jokes or really called a "racist" (im a fan of his im just wondering)
but then if a white person makes a little joke about a black person or any race they are called a racist scumbag.. I mean Why can Any other race make jokes about a other race.. except White people there the only ones that cant make jokes about other races.. but this is there country!!! and whatever happend to "free free speech"????

i dont think that it is acceptable of any race to make jokes about other races but it depends on the manner in which you were makeing it, for example when kramer was makeing the jokes about blacks he meant what he said and it was obvious because of the way he was saying it. oh and by the way this is only their country because they stole it. but it wasnt to begin with.

Perhaps this will answer you question. If it does, feel free to copy/paste as an answer to this same question which is posted in Y!A at least once a day - I'm getting tired doing it myself.
Whites invented the concept of racism and those words were used to keep my people in our 'place'. Consequently whites will never have our permission to use those words especially as a 'joke'.
Not very long ago as a teenager I was called all types of nasty names to my face. And it was done with much anger and rage, not as a joke. We will NEVER forget those times.
Whites were never subjected to the same level of prejudice and name calling for over 400 years much more all the damage that goes along with it. And even today it is still practiced in many subtle ways.
No one called whites 'racist scumbag' while chasing them with dogs and guns and hanging them in trees when they are caught.
To us the n word means a lot more than the jokes 'we' tell. The jokes have more meaning to us than you realize, but I cannot explain that to you on this forum.
The races that are looked down on do not like to hear the perpetrator joking about us with words that were used to break our spirit and as a chant when we were being killed or whipped.
Those who suffered earned license to use the words as they see fit, but whites will and should NEVER have license.
For example non-Jewish Germans cannot joke about Jews and the gas chambers, in fact in some countries it is a crime to deny the Holocaust.
Why do you and many others on Y!A want an ok to do something that the victims of racism say is still painful to us? We will not laugh.
You should know the history of what was done to Indians, Blacks, Asians and all other races.
Give it another hundred years, then ask us again. Maybe by then we would have forgotten.

I think people don't get mad because he is talking about other races too and Why should whites make jokes about other races?No race should make jokes because all those racist jokes are not funny.

He's typical of minority commedians, a no-talent bigot. Blacks and Mexicans have only one act, and it ceased being funny a long time ago.
